the problem is solved. We had an internal problem which caused the historical data were not updated properly.
We apologize for the problem. We have taken measures to prevent this issue in the future.

Great to see your fast reaction. Let me understand what measures you assumed. I want to be sure, that if this kind of issue will occur in the future you will be notified sooner than my check ;) or [plus?] some errors will be seen in the log for users.
