128: IF THEN ELSE Condition is working improperly ?

Hi,

I am sending an EA as an attachment. This consists of two rules. The first B1 rule opens a position per market order. If this first market order is minus 50 pips, a second market order is opened in B2 rule. The second order must have the same lotsize as the first order because the conditions for B2 are true under the IF Conditions. Unfortunately the THEN ACTION is not carried out in B2 but only the ELSE ACTION. What conditions must be in place for THEN ACTION to open a market order that has the lot size of the first. The lotsize is calculated in Assign variable.

I don't know if my logic is wrong or the software?
