optimizer data
I tried to do optimization of a STR file from SQ3 and it seems to require data with the exact same name instead of using the new data set that I would like to use now.

no, it means it is trying to use data TEST_GBPUSD_M1, but you don't have this data imported. It is probably an old setting , you should just change your Data settings
