[B137 RC1] oos selector not updating

As seen the screenshot, I have changed the end date of the main data but I cannot change the OOS segment to use the new date. The option to use 2019 or 2020 did not appear.

Ah to reproduce: Just type in the dates on the main data without clicking on the calendar. 



If I click on the calendar, the dates update correctly in the oos selector
