[Build 137.1639 RC3] Custom Project, Build Task, Full Settings Data : Date Bug

In Custom Project, in Build Task, in Full Settings, Data,

if I want to adjust the date of the IS or OOS period, SQX is kicking me out of the Custom Project.

I have this bug since RC3, I do not know why this is happening
