SQX 137 RC4 Build 137.1688: No System Param Permutation Info

I have two strategies and I am running the System Parameter Permutation cross check against them. Both pass the cross check, but when I look at the results, one has the 'Optimization profile' and 'Sys. Param Permutation' tab, but the other one does not. I have this issue with a lot of strategies, not just these two. Out of a total of 24 strategies, only 6 have SPP info.

I’m using 2 strategies as an example: 'With SPP Info' and 'No SPP Info'. Strategies are attached.

Figure 1: For the strategy 'With SPP Info', I can see the two tabs.

Figure 2: But for the other strategy, 'No SPP Info', the tabs are not available.

If I look at the parameters of the two strategies, this is what they look like:
