Sys. Parameter Permutation not visible

In latest version 137 results of System Parameters Permutation are not visible if strategy pass the criteria set in filtering tab in Retester. They only visible if strategy failed or if You turn of all filtering criteria.
Please also add fix range for parameters to optimize (also in optimizer) - not only percentage range.
