[137 Final] Strategies on Custom Projects are deleted after you reboot SQX

Once I reboot SQX, all the strats generated Custom Projects are deleted once I've rebooted SQX.

If I haven't save them, they just dissapear.

Hello Chris,  It is located inside Contents/Resources/user/log/StrategyQuant when you click on the app and select Show package contents.


Which sqx build do you have exactly ? Build number is printed on the bottom 137.1708. Maybe you have RC4. Databank sync was fixed in the very last version of SQX.

There should be a log about each databank sync like on the screen

Hello Chris, I need a log from the day when it happened.


I am not able to reproduce the issue on my pc so I need a log to check what went wrong, why the strategies were deleted.

Here is the log before closing the program. After reboot, the strats generated are not in Custom Projects anymore.

I don't know if it's the same problem or not. Here are the steps to reproduce:


- Start SQX

- Create a new databank on retester

- Copy some strategies into it (copy/paste from another databank)

- Do a manual sync of the strategies

- With Windows file explorer, go check under user->projects->retester->databanks. There is no folder and no files corresponding to the new databank.

- If you then close SQX and reopen it again, the folder appears in file explorer but it's empty. So the strategies copied into it have not been saved to disk and are lost.
