SQX137RC4: Optimizer - Maunal - closing and opening SQX change optimization parameters

I set manual optimization parameters for selected strategy.

A) In Optimizer

B) In Task Optimize

Close SQX and open it.

ad A) Optimizer

- mode is Automatic

- If I set Manual mode I see another values than I set before

ad B) Task Optimize

- mode is Manual

- I see another values than I set before

This is very unpleasant.

Values should be saved and read exactly.
