Merge Strategies (parallel trading): Add option for starting Magic number.
This will allow me to have one merged MQ4 file for hourly strategies (with Magic numbers beginning with, say, 60) and another merged MQ4 file for 30-min strategies (with Magic numbers beginning with, say, 30)
