Linux 137: Stop/Limit entry blocks: Cannot "Randomly choose 100 blocks"

In "Building blocks" tab, I want to randomly choose some blocks for Stop/Limit entry blocks. However, clicking the button "Randomly choose 100 blocks" does not choose.
