B137 Final: Using ATR-based profit target doesn't work

When building strategies and only using ATR as profit target (required), then some strategies end up using percent-based profit target even though percent-based is not selected. This is the case for forex + futures + stockpicker.


Attached is config file and a one strategy of each (ATR-based profit target and percent-based profit target, stockpicker).
