[137-Final] Algowizard - rule type / rule event naming problem

When we create a rule we have onBarUpdate, onInit, onDeInit, onEveryTick under "Rule Event" category. (pic1)

while here if-then, if-then-else, etc. are named rule type. (pic1)

we have an option in drop down menu of rules, named change rule type. (pic2)

when we click on it, we have name rule type, but two option on rule event. (pic3) which is incorrect naming!

My offer:

1. In add rule, change title of the 2nd section to "Rule Trigger" (pic1)

2. Make appropriate changes to rule option menu, and also modal window title. (pics 2, 3)
