[137-Final] Building Blocks - Order comments error

By default, comment in entry orders (limit/stop/market,etc) are empty, and when generating the code for strategies, SQX puts strategy name inside it and it is visible inside MT4/MT5 comments, which is good.

In a custom project build task, I changed comment to a custom comment and saw that for every strategy, comment will be the same and it is not good, and planned to change comment to default empty one.

But SQX would not let me do it.

I have not, Maybe it works, but this will be effective when we put strategy into run.

I have not checked it in real run.

Default value is nothing, not a space.
