Possible bug in clone time zone or Analyze data quality

Please take a look at attached images.

In EURCHF_UTC2, we see more red lines.
Also in Gaps, we see 284

In EURCHF, which is directly downloaded from Dukascopy, we see less red lines and Gaps are 111.

Why cloning time zone leads to it? Something is wrong.
Also these numbers differs in SQX137 and SQX136, even if we copy the whole data folder from SQX136 to SQX137.
