When project is loaded, no databanks folder is created until restart SQX
Steps to reproduce:
- Load any project to SQX
- Generate / import some strategies into any databank
- Close SQX
- Open SQX again -> no strategies are in the databank and in project folder, there is no databanks folder
When SQX is restarted after loading project, the folder databanks is created and storing strategies works.
