Unable to Randomly Generate Double Variables

This bug report is about SQX ver: SQX_137_final_win_20230814

In previous versions, up to and including SQX_137_RC4_win_20230629, a random double could be generated in the strategy template by using a formula similar to:

0.5:5.3:0.1

Now the NUM field is forced to Int type and the formula never gets saved properly. As a result I cannot generate Doubles in the parameter fields.
Do note that templates written with older versions get loaded properly and SQX will generate random doubles correctly.
