[137-Final] Seq. Opt. problem with small integer numbers.

Assume or strategy has a parameter: 10, and up/dn of 30% @ 21steps.

So we should see this parameter in range 7~13.
Now see attachments, please see that it is not the case, and we have 21 steps every time.
And you can see that if we select correct range, strategy passes criteria, while in this case fails.
