New Lot Step Settings not applied to MT4 EA

The new Lot Step settings are correctly applied to SQX simulations but not to the MT4 translated  EAs.

You have to maually set the Parameter when launching the EA on MT4.

BTW, the manual setting coud be easily avoided adding just 3 lines of code to the template. See my comments to SQ_9717
