Strategy loading not finished

When I load just one strategy on the retester tab, the loading process not finished for minutes.

I just restarted it. and checked the strategy I loaded. it was loaded properly.

I tested it again with the same strategy file at the same situation.
but this time, the loading process finished in a second.

please check this :)
