Databank resize error.
During strategy building, I found a few UI errors.
(it always generated only during build process)
1. Sometimes resizing databank cause the problem.
its internal listbox cannot follow the mother window.
2. During databank resizing, tons of error messages (red boxes at the left bottom) generated.
3. At the first column of listbox, empty element occupies the listbox.
Please check these errors.
