Added warning to the MT4 source code when strategy uses multi-timeframe indicators

MT4 Strategy Tester doesn't support multi-TF indicators, even simple ones such as Open Daily.



This is one of the reasons why sometimes backtests between SQ4 and MT4 don't match.


We added warning text to generated source code for every strategy that contains this kind of indicator.
