[SQ4 B8] "Weighted Fitness" settings are not correctly loaded most of the time

Please have a look a the screenshot, I had just loaded that XML file which clearly has the "Weighted Fitness" values saved in it, yet, when loading it, in 90% of the cases the "Weighted Fitness" in SQ4 is not correctly adjust and everything just stays at 0 / unused.
