Cross-check exception in Retester

When trying to retest more than one strategy in a databank SQ4 just sits there doing nothing after having loaded the data. After an hour I give up and press stop and I see every strategy has a cross-check exception.

It was actually 5 strategies in the Databank .... I think the problem happens with 4 or more strategies.

exceptions in log are mostly the result of stopping the retester.

We fixed some other issues that caused exceptions in retester, s hopefully it is all fixed.
