[Build 126] RC107 color name if db have strategies

Hi,

It will be nice if the database have the following feature.

If the database is empty the name is black.

If the database have strategies the name is green.

with this feature I can control the strategyflow in the automatic generation process.

somtimes I copy all strategies from database 1 to database 2 or I delete all strategies.

with colors it is easier to controll the workflow.

I think this is a small feature for the optic. an very low priority.

but it is helpfull.

Highlighting blue would probably look better with current UI if this is implemented

Adding a colored dot next to the text field if this condition is met may also be more aesthetically pleasing than coloring the whole tab
