107; Problems with OOS and ranges again.

1. i retest any strategy on ducascopy dataset. 2003-2018

2 then i switch to asirikui longer data set, i reset dates
3. not possible to set os 1986-2003. sqx gives me only choice from 2003.

this sometimes works and sometimes does not work.
