SQX 108 - Builder, coordinate name of island in log window and info graphs

SQX build 108

See attached window. I had set 1 island only in genetic setting.

You can see in log window is ....island No. 0, in info window about genetic generally you can see No. 0 too, but Genetic fitness is for island No 1. I see SQX start add No. to islands from 0 (log window, graph/table about genetic generally).

island numbers in all the logs and controls now start from 1, not from 0.
