if you downaloading data from Dukascopy, you have data UTC0

if you want to make another UTC, you need to clone them, but its not working in 109

Status changed from New to Refused

you can specify the time zone for file-based data during import. Once they are imported you cannot change it, until you delete all the data from the symbol and import them again.

There is a bug in build 109 working with data, we will be releasign new build 110 thsi Friday, where this will be fixed.
