[Build 114] builder do not start after update 113 to 114

The builder do not start after update to 114. SQX is flat. I have used the same setting as in build 113 - see treat log file, too:

17:16:29.713 [Nonblocking computeThread - 11 - GPIslandJob_1] ERROR c.s.g.c.p.MultithreadComputePerformer - Error while running task: GPIslandJob_1(05d72f))


No change to let the builder run.

SO, it is related to the setting! I excluded all other sources of error.
