Monecarlo in 1 min resolution Very very slow

Compared with SQ3 testing same SQ3 strategy on SQx.  SQx took 5 min wile SQ3 70 sec on same data file. Further since so far on 160 threads and 3 days on Eurusd H1 100 % of strategies found  now fails montecarlo parameters and Randomize data in 1 min resolution it would be good if they could at least fail a bit faster.

It would be better to be able to change resolution of Crosschecks for montecarlo directly in Builder. Since then Builder would be able to continue to generate strategies wile it is doing 1 montecarlo on one core for 5 min.
