It still doesn't really work - sure it will clone a project, but the details of the project are never fully preserved in the clone. Some stages will not have the data instrument preserved. Some stages will not have commission settings preserver. Some stages will not have WF simulation no. settings reserved. Its all very random, but on average you can expect a scattering of 3 or 4 errors within the clone. After cloning, then correcting all the settings errs in the clone (you might as well build the project from scratch since you have to check every single setting), pausing the clone will also pause the original from which it was cloned (the little blue bars still do their Night-rider animation, but no one is home - nothing is being built or tested in the original until you pause the clone).
Is it perhaps better to shutdown SQX and clone the project file on the hard drive and rename it? Or is it more complex than that?
