I tried your config. It seems to me the problem is in restarting the evolution after 4 stagnating generations.
When the full initial population is created then the next 4 generations are evolved, and evolution is restarted so quickly that you don't notice it in the evolution info.
And it seems no generated strategies ever pass the filter in Results |(it is probbaly too strict), so this task runs indefinitely and never finishes. You can see that you have 100% rejection rate, that is not normal.
Word of advice - don't use too small restart stagnation generations, it is normal for evolution to stagnate for 20-30 generations before finding better solution.
So I'd set stagnation generations to 20 or 30, not to one digit number.
