WF Matrix project stage FIRST computes market data and loads it into memory THEN checks if there are any strategies in the results bank on which to perform the test

Per the title, this should perhaps be the other way around...check first if there any results in the results databank bank, and,  if yes then spend the time computing the market data and loading to memory...not a big one, but will save time in the overall project cycle before circling back to build.
