algowizard lost variables

with the number of line increase and the variables increase, I suddenly find the original lines were  changed with the variable lost or change to some another variable.

my editing work is gone. this is totally non usable.

Thanks Tomas,

I found when the variable are added ahead in the adding windows and use it later the problem seems fine so far. 

the problem probably shows when i manually change the variable name.
