If project tasks have no strategies in databank from previous steps, a null error occurs and the rest of the steps in the project don't complete, including "go to" steps

When the project runs out of strategies because all strategies from the build step have been eliminated, the steps between the "go to start" step in my project and the step where all strategies were eliminated (if they are all eliminated) don't run but instead throw a null error.
This means that the project steps don't run and never get to the "go to start" step, which means that I have to put a "go to start" step in between EVERY auto-retest step or my project will stop running and never restart.
Please fix.
