Allow for manual optimization of strategies

Currently, in the optimizer, the manual section can't be selected. I am assuming this is intentional. However, it would be great if I had the finer controls over manual optimization of parameters specific to the strategy the way SQ3 is able to do this. I am assuming that because the section is there, it will be added eventually. I just wanted to make sure I made a task for it.

Manual is disabled if you optimize more than one strategy, in that case every strategy has different parameters.

YOu probably use "Optimize all in databank", right?

Yes I see the problem now. Optimize all was selected however, I was only using one strategy in the databank so it was confusing. Once I switched to using a specific strategy, it worked fine
