Rows and Columns in result report of WF matrix switched

Please see figures attached. In the WF matrix result report, it seems the rows and columns are switched. When I look for an area of 5 rows and 3 columns with at least 15 entries >=100 % the strategies fails. Switching rows and columns, the strategy passes.  However, the matrix figure is displayed transposed.

I'm using build 130.448
