Incorporate "Building Blocks" interface for Random Conditions

The new Random Conditions feature is great. However, using it takes a very long time as you must construct the set of conditions from scratch. This may be good in some cases where the conditions are not in the normal set of blocks. However, it would be great if we could choose our signals and indicators from the regular "Building Blocks" interface we use when configuring a Build. Further, it would allow us to use the pre-defined parameter sets, so we don't have to figure out a way to represent them again. Thank you.
