B131 Dev4: UI scrolling issues in databanks

The top half of the image is showing the exact same databank with the exact same number of strategies sorted by Ret /DD ratio as the bottom half of the image.


As you can see the top image shows strategy 5.3.67 at the top of the databank when sorted by Ret / DD, but this is NOT correct. As you can see in the bottom half of the attached image, this strategy is further down the databank list.


In order to get the UI to display correctly I have to scroll up and down until it works, but every time I change the sort, or try to select a range of strategies, the same issue keeps occurring.


This is very frustrating and happens in both the main desktop UI or through Remote Access.
