B131 - Custom Project Builds at odds with Strategy Template Money Management

2. In Builder/Custom Project, Money Management set to Fix Amount.
3. Result is "Fixed Size" is used because the Builder's Money Management "Set if no MM" is triggered.


Result expected --> Builder's "Fixed Amount" to be respected when Strategy Template defers to "Global Money Management".  Strategy Template might also have an option "No money management" if it wants to trigger Builder's "Set if no MM".  Interpreting the rule in the current method is madness.




While it is true that the template "does not have a MM" because it says use "Global Money Management", the Builder's "Set if no MM" is ALSO wrong because Strategy Template has set "Fix Amount".
