use all cores HELP

Hi I have a problem that my sqx uses all my cores so I can not work. The problem is from build 135. I put in my configuration 1 core to do the test and anyway it uses 20 full cores. I also attach the screen plus my settings. installed by new sqx already 10 times without success. Thanks for the help

You must close the sq software once and run it again after making the settings.
