CodeEditor : Starting/Running the CodeEditor without StrategyQuantX
This would bring a lot more flexibility to the CodeEditor.
1/ When StrategyQuant start , it compiles the Snippets, and use it however it happen that one snippet does not work correctly and prevent StrategyQuantX to start. (For example a Databank column snippet )
If StrategyQuantX don't start, we can not start the Code Editor to correct the faulty snippet.
2/ If StrategyQuantX freeze , it stops the codeEditor . Sometimes, if SQX freeze while CodeEditor is compiling, it is damaging the SQX installation. It happen that we have to reinstall SQX because of it.
This happened many times
Would it be possible to allow the CodeEditor to Start/ Run without StrategyQuant to be able to correct any faulty snippet and to compile the snippets ?

The only option : a reinstallation of SQX . This is really complicated.

04.01.2022 16:40One way to go around this problem is to keep a copy folder with a fresh install always ready.
Then to move the user folder directly in it.
then update the name of the folder , then restart SQX
