Fresh install shows in parameter column "custom" in building blocks

A fresh install should be the default for everything no?

Why are some showing as "custom" on a brand new install?

Status changed from New to Refused

Hello, this is ok. The predefined configs do not use the default values of the blocks.

Is there a way to "reset to predefined" without re-installing? I only see "reset to defaults"

Could there be a status called "predefined" as well as "custom" and "default?" It's hard to know which ones I modified myself and which ones are "predefined" as they both show "custom" so it seems to defeat the purpose...

If "reset to defaults" does not bring it back to the way it is upon a fresh install then please tell me where can I find the "predefined configs" without re-installing? Can I reset back to the fresh installation state of the "pre-defined configs" somehow easily without reinstalling?
