[136 dev1] Changes to swap within a custom build task do not save

changes to swap inside a custom build task of a custom project doesn't save.  If I make changes to commission and swap, the commission changes save but the swap changes do not appear to, it just shows "no swap" when I leave the task and come back to it.

Actually, even in the native builder, the swap settings eventually keep resetting on their own dev1 b136 although it seems to stay saved in the native retester OK so far.

Yes changing them in the data manager works fine.
