[b136 dev1] removing a large number of strategies from a large databank gets stuck

Deleting a large number of strategies from a large databank never shows the task completed, it appears to just hang at some arbitrary percentage. Ironically the task does in fact finish in the background it's just the progress window that hangs, but there is no way around it other than restarting sqx. I am nowhere near out of memory or anything like that.
