"GoTo Task" not working in CLI

I have a Go To task which goes to the 3rd task to build more strategies if the number of strategies is less than 30. However, when I run in CLI, SQX runs the next task instead of running the 3rd task even though the criteria are not met. This has cleared the final strategies that I have in the last databank. This has never happened when I ran the project on the GUI.
