Add Input Arguments Option for Custom Analysis

Due to the coding chats with Mark, we have now started to increase usage of custom analysis functionality. Could you please add an option of Input arguments. The idea would work like input arguments on a console/command line application. I have attached images to show where the option can be added.


Adding this will allow us to pass various parameters without needing to create multiple version, or needing to restart sqx everytime I want to make a tweak.
