[WFM] Consider as PASSED if at-least X amount of Cells passed the WFM filters + more suggestions for WFM

Consider as PASSED if at-least X amount of Cells passed the WFM filters, For those who are not using WFM to find X~Y stable area, but for those who just want to find the best WFM runs/OOS periods for their strategies.

Another thing, that please remove the limitations from the WFM settings like you see in the settings tab in the Screenshot,
Rather than having a Droplist menu of numbers we can use, just make them value boxes limitless (with +/- signs).
