SQX v135 - Custom Projects / Builder Task / Ranking / Fail to Add Condition

Hi SQ Team

When using SQX v135 Custom Projects / Builder Task I have recently noticed that Custom Filters returns an Error message when trying to Add Conditions, except if loaded from a file. See attached screenshot, plus sample Project file.
This only appears to happen in Custom Projects / Builder Task, not main Builder module.
Please can you investigate and resolve for next release of SQX.
