Add Global Data Start/end/OOS To the custom projects
Assume you want to do multiple build/test/... in custom projects.
for each task you should define data.
Then if you want to change time range for the test, or want to change oos time range, ou should do it one by one in he whole tasks of te project.
Please add an option to have data in all tasks by default, and selectable to change its parametrs.
